I've been getting Andrew Harper newsletters in the mail lately. Have you seen those things? The resorts and exclusive properties featured look sublime! But there must have been a glitch in their mailing list when they crossed it with what they think their target demographic is, because I would never imagine spending that obscene amount of money on a hotel.
Swagger is nice, but I prefer places (and people!) with authenticity, character, and soul. Under $100 is ideal. $125 is a compromise. $150 is a stretch. But what do you know? They're out there and here are my faves.
